Description: Church World Service holds CROP Hunger Walks all over the U.S. for just and sustainable solutions to hunger, poverty, displacement, and disaster. This year's walk is both virtual and physical. The physical walk is Sunday, October 3, 1-4pm at Nealon Park in Menlo Park. The first day of the Virtual Mid-Peninsula CROP Hunger was August 1, and it will run through Thanksgiving.

Unlike any other walk, your group can choose a U.S.-based international group for 75% of the donations you raise, e.g. Mazon, UMCOR. The default is Church World Service. The Ecumenical Hunger Program gets 25%.
