Description: A special program featuring the premiere of the newly discovered and remarkably clear Riverside Church recording of King's historic speech against the Vietnam War, "Beyond Vietnam." Dr. Clarence B. Jones, former counsel and speechwriter for Dr. King, will also speak about his experiences with Dr. King during this crucial period and the speech’s enduring relevance. This event is free and open to the public. RSVP via the event page link below requested but not required. In partnership with the Riverside Church and the Stanford Office for Religious Life, and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Research and Education Institute.
