"Soldiers of Conscience" film & discussion with Associate Producer

"Soldiers of Conscience" Film & Discussion with Associate Producer
Wednesday, October 1, 7pm
St. Paul's United Methodist Church
405 South 10th Street, San Jose

Filmed with the permission of the US Army, this documentary tackles the question every soldier must ask - is it ever acceptable to kill another human being? Interviewing several Conscientious Objectors from the Iraq war as well as teachers at West Point, the film provides a thoughtful exploration of conscience, morality and war.

Associate Producer Ian Slattery will lead discussion and respond to Q&A following the film.

"Soldiers of Conscience" will be aired on PBS October 16th (check local listings). Don't miss this opportunity to see the film and have time for reflection with other community members and one of the Associate Producers.
